Advisory Committee
FLEET’s Advisory Committee helps the Executive Committee develop FLEET’s strategic plan, which sets out how the Centre will meet its goals, in particular in creating linkages with industry, academia, and government. Its functions are to:
- Assist the Executive Committee in developing the strategic plan for FLEET in order to meet its goals, in particular in creating linkages with industry, academia, and government
- Review FLEET’s Annual Operating Plan
- Provide recommendations on the financial management of FLEET
- Provide recommendations on the general management and operation of FLEET to ensure that the Centre achieves its objectives
- Produce an annual report of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.
