Sponsorship and Exhibition Application

ICSCE10 offers a wide variety of trade and sponsorship opportunities to best enable you to promote and market your company and its products.

All morning teas and lunch will be served in the exhibition area and will also coincide with the poster sessions to increase the contact time delegates have with trade. Trade participants can expect to see delegates at these times each day, enabling sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to:

Sponsorship packages

Gold Sponsor – $6,000 Exclusive

As a Gold Sponsor, your organisation will receive a high level of exposure and recognition throughout the Conference and Exhibition. Benefits also include display space in the Exhibition area. This is an exclusive package for an organisation that wants to showcase their product or services.

Conference Dinner Sponsor – $6,000 Exclusive

The Conference Dinner on Thursday 30 January 2020 will be one of the social highlights of the Conference, we expect the majority of attendees to be present at the dinner, and the opportunity to be the host of this event will put your brand front-of-mind. Benefits also include:

  • Display space in the Exhibition area
  • Opportunity to provide branded napkins for the function#
  • Corporate literature may be displayed on tables during the Conference Dinner#

Equity & Diversity Sponsor – $5,000 Exclusive

SupportingEquity & Diversity in Science by enabling childcare for delegates travelling with young children and travel support to accompanying carers. The Conference will have a crèche onsite for a limited number of children during four full days of the Conference.

Early Career Researchers Sponsor – $5,000 Exclusive

Support Early Career Researchers by enabling the Conference to waive the registration fees ($900 value) for three Early Career Researchers presenting at the Conference.

Name Badge and Lanyard Sponsor – $3,000 Exclusive

As the Name Badge and Lanyard Sponsor your branding will have a high onsite profile during the Conference and Exhibition. Your logo along with the Conference and Exhibition branding on all delegate name badgesand lanyards*.

Silver Sponsor – $3,000 Multiple

Be known as a Conference supporter! This package will ensure your brand will have maximum exposure to attendees at an attractive price.

Poster Presentation Sponsor – $3,000 Exclusive

The Poster Presentation will be held on Tuesday 28 January 2020 and is always highly attended. This is your opportunity to host this popular networking event, aligning your brand with this significant scientific section of the program. Have your logo displayed on every poster board! You will also have the opportunity to hand out two prizes ($500 gift card) to best poster winners and provide branded napkins for the cocktail function#.

Exhibition Desks – $2,500 Seven (7) Opportunities

The ICSCE10 Exhibition has been designed to provide a strong value proposition for all exhibitors. Spaces are limited, and the packages for include access to all Conference sessions and the Conference Dinner. The ICSCE10 Exhibition will be fully integrated into the Conference and Exhibition program, located in the foyers just outside the Conference venue. Daily catering will be served in the Exhibition area, as well as the Poster Networking session, providing Exhibitors with maximum opportunity to showcase their products and interact with delegates.

Website Advertising – $750 Five (5) Opportunities

Placement of a 1330Wx330H pixels skyscraper banner on the Conference website. Your graphic of choice will be displayed on every page of the website.
