There are two paths for reporting inappropriate behaviour:
1 – via the Complaints Management Centre (CMC): https://intranet.uow.edu.au/gld/complaintsmanagementcentre
CMC are the official complaints handlers and act to triage complaints so that issues can be appropriately and confidentially directed and managed. The CMC handle all manner of complaints with respect to UOW.
2 – where a complaint is made by a staff member or against a staff member, then another path can be taken and that would be to report the issue to the local manager/HOU/HOS who will liaise with the HR Advisor or HR Business Partner for that area in line with the policies relating to managing employee conduct.
