If it’s a health and safety breach, then the complaint needs to be registered with one of lab managers or with the School Manager.
If it’s an ethical breach, the University has a formal complaints process and complaint can be lodged with area managers or the head of school.
If it’s a racial or sexual misconduct issue, people may wish to disclose to a trusted member of staff before going to the area manager or head of school.
