Prof Kourosh Kalantar-zadeh (UNSW), currently leading UNSW’s Centre for Advanced Solid and Liquid based Electronics and Optics, has significantly influenced 2D transition metal compound study, liquid metals, microfluidics, sensors, electronic devices and medical systems. Kourosh will be the incoming Head of the School of Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering at the University of Sydney from 1 January 2023.
- Prof Stefan Maier is the Head of the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University, and the Lee-Lucas Chair in Physics at Imperial College London. Within FLEET, he provides expertise in nanophotonics/plasmonics/metamaterials and helps explore new opportunities for shaping the research portfolio.
