Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Officer will play an important role in delivering FLEET’s key services and initiatives. You will be working with FLEET Business Team at Monash University, Melbourne. What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in high-quality professional support services in a university-based research centre
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in financial administration
- Highly-developed administrative skills and an ability to handle confidential information and a record of organising priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with and gain commitment from a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience in providing grant support would be a bonus!
