Meals

This year, the workshop venue and accommodation are NOT CO-LOCATED. FLEET will be providing all meals. Breakfasts are included in the room cost for members staying at Novotel. Tea breaks, lunches and dinners are served at the workshop venue. The entire menu for the week will be halal. All items will be appropriately labelled for delegates with dietary needs.

In-person attendance/covid plan

Members’ safety is our top priority. Please check our guidelines, designed to reduce covid/influenza infection risks. Please wear a mask in group situations, such as while listening to talks in the large conference room (we have spares) and consider doing a pre-conference (or daily) RAT for the safety/reassurance of your colleagues (we have supplies), and practice the ‘fist bump’ rather than shake hands. (See more in the covid-safety page).
