Room configurations and images can be viewed here.

Families, partners and children:

Onsite childcare will be provided as usual for those parents that have registered.

We have organised seven nannies from Geelong Nannies to look after your children, and five nannies will be available on any given day.
Each day the nanny service will start 15 mins before the programme and will conclude until 15 mins after. We will organise a sign-in and sign-out sheet so that you can remove your child at any point during the day. Please provide me with a clear photo of one/both parents so that the nannies know who is allowed to remove the child. Please also send me a run sheet of your child’s daily routine so that the nannies know when to feed/put to sleep, and how much milk to give if applicable. My email is charlotte.hurry@monash.edu
Please remember to bring the following items (if applicable):
A favourite toy, and a toy to share
A blanket/sleeping bag
Sippy cups/bottles
Wet bags for wet clothes
Spare clothes
Nappies
Prams
If medications need to be administered to your child throughout the day, please arrange your time to do this.
The room that we have chosen to for the children has access to gardens so that the children can have outside time. There will be access to a fridge and microwave. I have asked for two cots to be available in the room, please also bring your pram if you are comfortable with your child napping in there.
The children in childcare will receive morning and afternoon tea in the childcare room.  They will eat lunches at the same times as the delegates in the Convention Foyer so please arrange to collect them for lunch.
